Hi guys, have had a fairly good day today, so here's what I have had.
Brekkie: medium bowl of special K, skimmed milk, handful grapes.
Lunch: zero soup, 5 ryvita, elf soft cheese, orange.
Dinner: roast chicken, potatoes, core roast potatoes, carrots.
dessert: sugar free jelly, yoghurt, handful grapes, apple
2 litres diluted water.
4 cups of tea with skimmed milk.
1 alpen light bar (1 point).
Not hungry at all, but still got head stuff going on, so I'm hiding out in my bedroom to avoid the kitchen.
