Hi Linda,
Yes they arrived without any problems. I got them from the avidlite site together with some sero bars. Wich smelled like vomit

(caramel and peanut) and tasted different from any bar I had on different VLCD's. Although almost at the end I got used to them but then they were finished.

And I have to say that it was quite filling. Normally after a Lighter Life or Cambridge bar I would be hungry after an hour (or earlier) but I ate some chicken and I am satisfied already. Over the next couple of days I will explore the other mealpacks as well.
