I go to the gym and try to do aerobics classes, and if I'm feeling really motivated, I might do a spin class (but they are a KILLER!!) If I'm short on time or not feeling terribly motivated, I'll just go into the gym and do 1/2 an hour on the crosstrainer or something. Anything is better than nothing. I was going three times a week but my motivation is slipping a little
