| I strangely get hungry for my shakes if it has been a long time since the last one.
It's not because I've not drank enough water, I always drink the right amount.
I just feel physically hungry & not emotionally.

Fifth goal - stick to abstinence for 2 months
Sixth goal - lose 2 stone
Seventh Goal - stick to abstinence for 3 months
Eighth goal - lose 3 stone
Ninth goal - size 12 jeans
Tenth goal - lose another half a stone |
