ATKINS
Starting Weight 14st 3lbs
WI 1) -10lbs (13st 7lbs)
WI 2) - 1 (13st 6lbs)
WI 3) - 7lbs. (12st 13lbs)
WI 4) - STS - Meh - Every three weeks I'm going to have another three week phase of slow hauls - Such is womanhood eh?
WI 5) + 1lb - A lesson learned - no more drinking for me! Clean and Green this week - also time to get serious with the exercise. WI 6 is going to be gooood! (13st)
WI 6) - 3lbs. BMI now 29.8 and I am now 'Overweight' as opposed to 'Obese'. HAPPY HAPPY DAYS!! (12st 11lbs)
WI 7) - 3lbs (12st 8lbs)
WI 8) + 3lbs (12st 11lbs) Stupidity, stupidity stupidity.

1st Goal: Get into the 12stone bracket -I just want to not be 13 stone something!! CHECK! 12 st 13 as of Monday 30 May 2011.
2nd Goal: 11.5 stone -a weight I look decent enough at and feel good.
3rd Goal - 10st. I'll feel super skinny then and sexy by then.
4th Goal -Give an almighty push to get the last stone off and get to ***HALLELUJAH*** NINE STONE!!!
5th Goal -KEEP IT OFF!!!!
