At my largest I was 28 stone. I lost 6 stone following a VLCD in a very short space of time and felt amazing but it was pretty short lived!
I have now put on 3 of those stones but have got back on the horse (before things got totally out of control) and am now following weightwatchers to lose the weight sensibly! |
