A 17 day Cycle “Accelerate, Activate, Achieve and Arrive” changes your calorie count and the foods you eat.

The basic idea is to confuse your body so it doesn't get used to a particular food. As such you change your eating habits every 17 days, 4 blocks of 17 days gives you the 68 day diet.
