| How wonderful to see you SJ!!! Might sound strange but I have thought about you recently and wondered how you were and its wonderful to hear from you again.
I use calorie counting to keep me on track and it really does work as it is so simple, if the numbers add up you will lose weight although you do have to invest the time in making sure you are calculating the weights and calories correctly. It also gives you the flexibility to eat a full range of food without restricting anything specific.
