Hmmm, does anyone know how many calories you save when using points? Does say 20 points mean you only have certain calories like 1500 a day? etc
I have heard great things about wii fit, plus etc, I've got EA Sports and My Fitness Coach! Both very tiring and have me aching afterwards!
EA Sports is amazing! I burn about 600 calories in 3 workouts, I tend to do the proper 20 day challenge they set out which you burn on average about 180 calories per session, and then i do my own picked workout afterward for 15mins doing boxing and dancing to tone up my arms! and that burns about 120

really great fun, only about £25 in some places, definitely worth the money
