| Hugs honey - thoughts are with you. Remember when you get through to the otherside it WILL be plain sailing. You have reached a point where you feel more 'normal' again and it has resulted in a little hiccup. But you know what, you don't want to be a size 16, you want to be properly slim. You can do it - you really are stronger than you think sweetie. Keep at 'em, won't be long to reach that finishing post.
Rather than thinking - 'oh I am only half way through, I have all that way to go again'. I think ' wow I am on the home stretch now, won't be long till I am at goal, after all those last 16 weeks flew by'. It might help to look at your own path in a similar way.
