Was in total shock when I got on the scales, especially after the rubbish weekend I had with food. Managed to get back on track from Monday and have been good since but was hoping to maintain this week.
4 weeks and 10 1/2 pounds gone. Cant believe how much it motivates me for the forthcoming week.
