I HAVE DONE IT!!!! Woooop!

Lost 4 pounds this week and not only got to goal, I am 2 pounds under it!! So happy and wanted to say a BIG thank you to everyone on here as I log on every day and read all of the posts and its so motivational!

This really is a change for me, I actually feel like I can maintain it and my self confidence is (very slowly) returning. Its so nice to put a pair of trousers on and have to take them off again because they are too loose rather than them be busting at the seams and wearing a baggy jumper to cover where they cut in!!!

Bit over-excited! Thanks again guys and have a fab weekend xx
