The only thing I will say is maybe you were thirsty instead of hungry, have you made sure you drink lots today? I drink green tea which makes me feel fuller. I am queen of the snackers but have managed not to have any crisps or chocolate since weds!

Started May 2009 Lost weight got to target, got no support so left group and lost the plot and went through the menopause. Back here to get the weight off again







just remember this is what a lb of fat looks like . . No more moaning "I only lost a pound !!"
