Nutritional information - baked beans

Please could someone help me with the sugar content in a tin of baked beans (any make will do). To explain, I live in France and have managed to find a tin of baked beans in tomato sauce, but there is no added sugar in them and they are vile
According to the nutritional info on the tin, there is a sugar content of 2.4g per 100g. So I wondered if someone could tell me the sugar content of a tin of normal blighty beans, so I can work out & add the appropriate amount of sugar/sweetener.

Ta very much
