I'm quite a happy girly today

As you guy probably know, but might not remember, so I'll remind you! I stopped doing CD a few months ago and then properly started calorie counting a few weeks ago but it's been a bit of a bumpy ride. I lost 1lb, then I lost 5lbs but then I put ON 3.8lbs! Couldn't really explain the put on, other than slight water retention due to TOTM maybe. But I hadn't seen any inch losses.

Weds morning is my weigh in day, so here it goes...

-2.8lbs!

But what I'm even more happier about is that some inches have finally disappeared!

I lost 1 on my waist, 2 on my hips, 1 on my bust, 1 on my back, 1 on my arms and 1/2 on my thighs

I always measure back and bust to check that they're shrinking in proportion to each other, I'm hoping what little I have doesn't disappear!!

So yeah, I'm a happy bean, and I feel like when I go to the doctors later, if she mentions my weight (which the nurse didn't) I can be all like ha but look... I'm trying and it's working!
