| I was 500% good last week and lost 1lb. I was so devestated that I didn't stay to class. However, I've done SW on and off for 6 years - because I know it works and I love the flexability and the food! I've had a bad few days food wise because I've felt so low (bad news at home plus not feeling too good) but I'm right back on it and hope I can salvage something - I know that a good week often takes time to 'show' on the scales.
