| I've been doing SW for 6 weeks now and I've lost every week. I know there will come a week whereI don't lose and I'll be feeling just like you do now. I've told myself that no matter what happens I'm getting to my goal. So many people have done it and so can we!!! I know it's difficult to give 100% and get nothing back. Try to drink more water, give it a go for a week and see how you progress. Anytime that I feel that I'm bloated or dred WI, I grab my water bottle and it works like a charm!!
