It's quite simple really once you get used to it. Everything that is free on green and everything that is free on red is free on ee and you can eat it together.For example, instead of having to count potatoes as a HEB (or syn them) on a red day, you can have them with meat on an ee day. Also, when it comes to syns, take the lowest amount, so if something is 20 synson a red day but only 6 on a green, you'd count 6 syns
