hi girls.. been a while since ive posted.. but im back with the results from last week.. i gained 1/2 which i knew i guess.. been finding the plan hard at times and im finding that i lose weight quicker with red days so might try that next week.. ive lost 5 1/2 in 3ks.. and im not happy..

i find the green days boring there is only so much u can do with pasta..! haha so any ideas guys please post them.. thanks lushx
