Well here i am...started day 1 and feeling excited about it all. Have got my shakes but as I have a pounding headache at the moment I think I'll pass on any shakes at the mo....nearly through the 1st litre of water...so hope that the headache will go away soon!

But on the positive I feel that this time is THE time and that I will do it.

I have approximately 8 stone to lose to get down to where I want to be...but as you can see I am taking it in little steps (although if my body wants to take it quicker i won't complain).
