Ah sorry guys, I seem to be posting something on this section of the boards every second day!

This am I had a hard boiled egg, medium size, how many points is this?

Then on the way home from the school run I was feeling peckish and I only had a £1 coin so popped into tesco and saw the shakes were on offer for £1 so drank one of those on my walk home. I think they are about 3 points each, can anyone confirm? id check my bottle but i binned it on the way home oops!
