| Hi there, weight loss is a funny thing, I don't lose in one go at all.
Just glanced over you cals and gym sessions...
I would discount any cals burnt at the gym, I always thought that your cal intake accounts for excercise in the first place?? I never count cals burnt off and take off the overall cal intake... I'm also on about 1200, this takes into account any excercise I do, so I can't consume more (unless I'm planing a trip to south pole or something)
