Body Fat Ratio: what is the healthy range? I bought the Lloyds pharmacy £4.99 hand held monitor but there was no indication in the booklet what is a healthy percentage of body fat.
Mine was 33% which means a third of my body is fat but I'm unsure what I should be aiming for as my BMI is 26 so that will soon be in the healthy range.
Can anyone help?
