| Thanks lovely that sounds really nice (how many syns do you give for the pesto? I only like the red one too). Ended up taking salmon fillet, squeezing lemon juice on it, mixed herbs and salt and pepper then wrapping in bacon rashers with fat cut off and baking in the oven at 200 for 20 mins. Served with savoury rice and veg and it was DELICIOUS! Want to put a photo up but dont know how to attach it!! xx
