| I'm having the salmon fillets from the Extra Easy cookbook tomorrow. Grilled Ginger and Soy Salmon
1/2 syn on extra easy/Red
4 large salmon skinless fillets
6tbsp dark soy sauce
2tsp grated ginger
2 level tsp clear honey (2 syns)
fresh pepper
Preheat grill to medium high, place salmon fillets in a tray. Mix together all other ingredients, pour over fish and toss to coat. Grill for 12-15 minutes
