New year, new goals for 2011:
1: to lose 7 pounds (10st 13) - done 19/01/11
2: to lose 1 stone (10st 6) - done 07/04/11
3: to get below 10 stone
4: to lose 2 stone (9st 6)
5: to get back in my size 10's
Week 1: -4 pounds
Week 2: -3 pounds - first sticker yey!
Week 3: -1 pound - custard cream abuse!
Week 4: -1 pound - was hoping for more
Week 5: -0.5 pounds - DO NOT understand!!
Week 6: -1.5 pounds
Week 7: no weigh in - house full of poorly people
Week 8: -2 pounds - Had a heavy night out so happy!
Week 9: no weigh in. I admit it, I wimped out
Week 10: +2 pounds. Faced the music, drawn a line
Week 11: -1 pound. Green experiment #FAIL
Week 12: -1 pound.
Week 13: -3 pounds whoooop!!
Lost motivation....joined Weight Watchers In May 2011
to try and give me a kick up the old derriere!
