morning all,
in about 20 mins i shall be leaving home to go to my first meeting.
i have done WW before but then i was looking at 6 - 7 st to loose & it was a big mountain.This time its more like 1 1/2 - 2 st so not as bad.
will check in later & let you know how it went.
