I don't do any exercise hardly at all, a couple of walk with the kids a couple of times a week is as much as I manage to do

would never go so I've never made much of an effort to even try and get rid of it

it's like an overhang of skin- none of my pals have got one and I thought just women who had had a cesarean had them because of what that midwife said
I might look into pilates - I've only just moved to Leeds and don't know anywhere to go etc
