I was on LT for a week but unfortunatly it wasn't for me as I found I had very little energy.
HOWEVER I did lose weight. I cannot be completly accurate about how much as the week later I weighed myself at home, different time, no clothes, but I definitely lossed. 12lbs difference!!!! I have since started on
Intra Slim capsules (the week after) and when I weighed myself this morning I had maintained the same weight. So I've most certainly lossed and I'm well pleased cause I was concerned after only 1 week on LT the weight would rush back on.
