I have to reduce carb intake and just be sensible about the amount I eat. But apart from that fairly normal. As with other plans water has to be consumed but not to the same extent. I'm giving it a go anyway for awhile, see how it goes. It costs £8.95 for 1 weeks supply and then gets cheaper if you buy a month etc..
