    Hi everyone, started this on Tuesday, so fast days will be Tues and Thurs in future, but as it's valentines will be cooking scrummy dinner tonight and fasting tomorrow! Got a low calorie bagel and laughing cow triangle for brekkie will have a miso soup for lunch and found a low calorie fish pie thingy from Waitrose to have for supper with some veggies, will all be fine as long as I plan! Not sure what day to weigh in on tho.
    A slow and steady loss is all I ask, well maybe not so slow!

    Hi, what make are the low kcal bagels? How many kcals?

    As for weighing, after a fast day is probably best, so either Wednesday morn or Friday morn in your case. I started on Saturday, good luck!
