diet. My weigh in day is normally on a fri so i was going to maybe start then. I am
a night worker, so was wondering if i was to do a fast day on night shift, would i start from midnight? X

Any 24 hour period is sufficient so you start and finish whatever is convenient for you. I have noticed though that I get better losses if I go at least 16 hours without food on a fast day. The beauty of this plan is you can tweak it to suit your lifestyle. Good luck!!

When I'm doing a succession of nights I move my 24hrs to start after my 'big sleep' easier to keep handle on, tho I'm someone that can do nights without eating in the middle
