I'm tracking my up day calories using My Fitness Pal online. I'm doing this as being told to eat 'normally' doesn't mean a lot to me. If it did I never would have become obese lol. I'm aiming for my TDEE (total daily energy expenditure) which is 1400-1600 depending on what calculation you do.
I totally get you on the wine! Hmm pretty sure That's where most of my calories are coming from
On a down day today starving only had 68 calories so far think I might treat myself to some porridge or soup might fill me up
Have just started using my fitness pal today ao will post up my results soon
Have you guys tried alternate fasting do you think it would speed up weight loss?
I just bought some soup fusion and street taste of Mexico tomato soup it's lovely and only 124 cal for the pot!! I feel like I'm actually eating something

I usually have lunch around one then dinner at half ten when I get home from work so yesterday I had soup at 5 which kept me going although I was so dizzy yesterday it was horrible
