    Getting ready for Monday

    So after loosing my Mum a fortnight ago and funerals and everything that goes with it I am going to face the scales on Monday and get back on my weight loss road. I know that I have put on a few lbs between eating rubbish just to get through the day when we were nursing her, to the kind gifts of cakes and quiches etc afterwards and the copious amounts of alcohol that I consumed at the wake, the pre wake wake and her birthday will all have added up.

    I have mothers day tomorrow which is going to be difficult but my daughter is going to cook for us so I will enjoy what ever she produces without worrying about how many calories the food contains and I will once again take control on Monday.

    Hi Hun sorry to hear about your mum this is a really tough time for you so don't worry about any extra pounds gained dust yourself off and start again it's no big deal! Look after yourself right now. The lbs will come and go you've had a rough few weeks its to be expected x
