    Current BMI: 31.8
    Goal BMI: 25.6


    Statistics:
    Total Weight Loss: 1st7.5lb
    Weight to Lose: 2st9lb

    Help needed.

    Hi wondering if anyone could help me, planning on doing my second "fast" day on Saturday. However I'm having a drink on Friday night anyone manage a "fast" hungover? Am I setting myself up for a fail? Thanks xx

    I would never drink before a fast day, you will have lost so many nutrients through drinking and will feel awful if you don't replace them, your body will be craving nourishment...don't do it to yourself! Before I start sounding like a goodie two shoes I would drink and scrap the fast haha! But know I'm going to do that ahead of time. Some weeks you just can't do it.

    Thanks for the advice it's what i thought to be honest yeah will do Sunday instead! Just that I wanted to do Monday as well! But ill take your advice Sunday will be"fast" Saturday hopefully won't be too much a "feast" lol xx

    Thank you for all your replies having a night in with girls tonight on my new house so hopefully not too wild but ya never know can't believe I can drink wine and eat some Doritos and dip without feeling major guilt and diet failure! X

    Yes, it's fab isn't it Timtim - I've been tucking into cinnamon and raisin bagels with cream cheese, guilt free - yummy!

    This thread has made interesting reading, I really struggled with my fast day yesterday, maybe it was because I drank a bottle of wine on Sunday night.

    I'm fasting again tomorrow so I'll see if it makes a difference as I won't be touching any alcohol tonight.
