Starting again with high hopes

Hiya, I started this a while ago but as I tend to do, I think I 'overthought' it and panicked when the weight didnt come off quick enough, so a stone heavier a and little wiser Im back to try again. People say after a while the non fast days get healthier and less indulgent - this is where I need to be, eating normally on non fast days, fast days I find easy enough I have one meal at about ten am and thats it - I find it easier not to eat than to eat in moderation, however I need to overcome my binge urges once and for all, and at least 3 day off a week is so much better than 7 solid days of over eating. so here goes. Im feeling positive, I fasted yesterday and Ill fast monday, wednesday and Friday next week, alternating between 5.2 and 4.3. Hope to start doing a little exercise too, I feel very unhealthy at the minute!

Good luck,
I fast 3 days a week, and only drink herbal teas, black coffee, bovril or diet drinks, and on my non fast days I follow (to a certain degree) slimming world principles, therefore reducing my 'naughty' stuff on my up days and eating lots of fruit, veg etc

Personally I'm not sure I wouldn't go overboard if I didn't keep my eating days in check

Well done for getting the motivation to try again. Hope it goes well this time - try not being too hard on yourself when you mess up though. We all get it wrong sometimes.

Well I'm fasting tomorrow instead of today, with St Patrick's day, hubbie was off today so we had an extended weekend, I'm so looking forward to getting back to it tomorrow!
