First week done!
Lost 4.6lbs this week and am really pleased with that! Had a wobble on Sunday and had a chinese takeaway and really only count my monday fast day as a trial run coz I was slightly over the 500 cals so still chuffed to have lost 4lbs. Just shows that this does actually work! Next fast day is Monday and I'm actually looking forward to it! How's everyone else getting on?

Well done, I started Monday & have only faster Wednesday so far (will be mon & wed from now on) & as Friday was always my weigh in day I checked today & am 4lba down so I'm happy
