    Weigh ins!

    I presume most will wi after a fast day!


    Has anyone had a sneaky look at wi the day after a non fast day!

    I had a heart attack this morning after two non fast days I'd gained 4lbs! (These were after an official wi of -2.5) but just wondering what your fluctuations are like?! X

    I can go up 2 to 3 pounds after just one up day (doing Juddd so alternate days at the moment) but as long as the overall trend is down that si all that is important

    I did that as well, but on my dd I did a load of exercise - so I assumed it was that?

    following primal blueprint and experimenting with the 5:2 fasting diet
    2013 Goals!
    Kick DietCoke habit!!
    Reduce my intake of sugar & fake sugar
    Eat primally - Eat plants and animals.. Etc
    Eat less processed food.

    • 2 x Kettlebell classes a week - Monday morning and Thursday evening.
    • Once fitter want to start a Zumba class - high impact - hope my heel will be ok with that
    • March/ April want to start jogging - C25k. :•)
    • start walking to school again when weather warms up.
