New to Minimins and fast diet :)

Hi My Name is Gem. I weigh 13st 10lbs :( aged 29 and approx. 5ft 10, I am wanting to lose 2st 10lbs I am a member of our local gym but work keeps getting in the way, I had a fast day today and I save most of my calories for the evening as I can make it long into lunch before I even feel remotely hungry and I am more likely to eat rubbish at night, this is my 3rd fast day I haven't noticed any weight loss yet but feel thinner, so I will weigh myself again next week
 
Is it best to stick at it for a while and have faith or keep weighing in? I'm about to start week 3. I lost a little the first week and seem to have got stuck - but clothes are looser, so I think it's working - I'm thinking of not weighing in for two weeks but being 100% on the diet - that's scary thought though??!?!?!?

It's totally up to you, I weigh weekly but sometimes get a run with no loss, then a couple of good weeks.

I am on my third week on 5:2/i get weighed every 2 weeks,so i am due to be weighed on Monday 2nd,so far i have lost 13lbs
