5.2 and pain

It might be a coincidence or the physio is finally paying off but I'm on week 4 of this diet and I've had 3 days of little or no back pain for the first time on about 2 years. It's not because of weightloss, I've not taken any extra painkillers - it's just possibly interesting! Anyone else seeing similar potential health benefits?

I have heard of pains disappearing as eating gets healthier...What was your diet like before you started? Lots of fat and sugar can definitely put strain on your bodies, arteries, stopping blood and other pain busting cells getting to the sore bits...are you drinking more water too? That can definitely help your aches and pains. Sometimes its the small things that make the biggest difference.

Not very bad probably higher fat and sugar but not excessive - pattern of eating different under 5.2 but not majorly on content. Whatever it is may it continue!
