3lb loss in first week!
Yes- I lost 3lbs in my first week! I'm still amazed that this was possible, given the fact I've tried other diets where I've felt completely deprived every single day and lost the same/ a pound or two more.
I feel this diet is really sustainable and just wanted to share my enthusiasm! Slow and steady wins the race :-)

Do you monitor your cals on your non fast days or just eat as you did before?
I'm not actually doing the fast, iv just cut out sugary snacks, takeaways, frozen food and general rubbish like that lol

Maybe if one week you put on or loss tiny amounts re think what your eating on feast days or maybe track and see how much you are actually eating x
