This is the beginning of my second week on the fasting diet. Last week I felt totally bloated and I don't feel any different 'in myself' if you know what I mean. I am not going to weigh myself just yet, might do so next Monday.
Does anyone have any meals for their fasting days? I've just been having soup or tuna on ryvita with some spring onion. Do people tend to stay away from fish or meat and stick to fruit and salad?
I'm really hoping this diet works. A girl I work with did it and she lost about half a stone in a month.
I tend to save my cals until the eve & then can make a fairly substantial meal if you include lots of veg.
Cool! I've been doing the same. If I'm hungry in the day I'll have an apple and then at night it's usually salad or baked sweet potato yum
Baked sweet potato, that's a gd idea! Haven't had one for ages.
How are you finding 5:2 so far?
