5:2 and low carb

Hi all,

I'm going to start 5:2 tomorrow fast days will be Tuesday and Thursday (unless something comes up) I will also be low carbing on the "feast days" Monday, Wednesday and Friday and eating normally at the weekend.

My stats work out at just under the 500 cals on fast days and just under the 2000 for normal eating.

Tomorrow's plan is to not eat until lunch time, I have a 250 cal fresh soup which is superfood green veg then if starving will have something little for dinner, yogurt and fruit maybe but if not hungry won't bother, have a 17 pounds to loose. Wish me luck :)
 
Good thanks, had my 500 cals and didn't feel too hungry. More worries about "eat normal" if nothing is off limits I will prob over eat!
 
What do people find best, fast all day and then just eat one meal in the evening or spreading the 500 cals throughout the day?
 
When I started i had to do 3 meals a day . Now I go as long as possible before my first meal ( usually 3 pm ish ) I have soup under100 then and another meal at 6 or 7 around 300 that leaves some for milk in teas and a piece of fruit if needed
 
So normal day today, my fitness pal says I've had around 1200 so that's not bad. Dinner was late (8:45) so will try and not eat till at least 1pm tomorrow.
 
Fast day well on its way. Just Coffee and water for breakfast, lunch tesco duck salad 115 cals

Dinner sushi 305 cals. So with a couple more coffees just under my 500 :)

Don't feel too hungry. Due to work need to do second fast tomorrow instead of Thursday not sure if 2 in a row is good...

So not stuck to this for a couple of weeks but did a proper fast day yesterday <500 cals and walked 5 miles, today feast starting with porridge. Weekend will be low/med carb before another fast on Monday
 
Due to commitments haven't been doing this but am determined to try properly until Xmas. So today is a normal day but low carb, according to my fitness pal will finish today on around 1500.

Tomorrow is a fast day, plan is to miss breakfast just a coffee and then have soup for lunch and chicken and veg for dinner.

Wednesday will be high cal Chinese for dinner so might try and fast all day then enjoy the meal - would that work?
 
So Monday - low carb
Tuesday - fast and low carb
Wednesday morning 2lbs off :)
Tonight Chinese so having as little to eat as poss today so can enjoy it later.
Thursday - normal eat day
Friday - fast and low carb
