Well starting back today - after Christmas new year birthdays - and back to work !
Can't do set fast days as partner does shifts , so won't fast in his days off - it won't work .
So going fast when he works . This week fri and sat fast next week tues thurs fast - will thus make a difference if I fast different days !

Today went well - not even hungry ( guess still plenty of Christmas food inside lol )
Well been using my fitness keeping an eye in calories - not exercised at moment as hurt my leg - but pleased to say have lost 3lb yah .
Going fast thurs and sat this week as they work out easy days abd will start insanity sat as free weekend .
Opps calories yesterday 217 ! Prob with couple of glasses of wine always feel hungry - pizza garlic bread not goins , fasting today !
