    5:2 on Slimming World

    Does anyone else here do 5:2 in combination with SW? I'm planning on trying my first fast day on Fri. I've not properly followed 5:2 before but find I tend to lose the most when I mix up high and low cal days throughout my week. Hoping 2 fast days a week would give me an extra boost on the scales.

    Hi, I have been reading a lot about 5:2 and I am planning to try it next week, starting on Tuesday. I am currently on SW and will be continuing that as well. The benefits of fasting are so good that I want to see if it will work for me but i don't intend to stop doing SW.

    Subbing to compare notes. Did you fast yesterday?
