Hello all

Just thought I would set up camp in here a bit to specifically discuss my fasting. A friend lent me the fast diet book which I have read and i am in my first week. Monday was my first fast day and today is my second with Wi tomorrow morning. So far so good and it's not been as hard as I thought :)

Intrigued to see what the scales say tomorrow. ..

Off to bed in a minute. Finished my second fast and feeling really chuffed and i can really feel I have lost already after the first week. I am also looking forward to breakfast lol

It seems to easy but we shall see!

Can't believe it week 1 and 10lbs gone!!! Impressed :) can't wait for the next week now. Going to enjoy a non fast day now and tomorrow, next one Monday :)

I'm planning a nice big stir fry tomorrow and lots of ginger tea. Actually looking forward to it!

Would love to have another 2 or 3 off next Saturday so we shall see

Feeling tired and cold but I'm on track. Dont actually feel like it is that hard which is odd. I have had no cravings at all and resisted the sweets in the office. Tomorrow I have already planned my granola for breakfast and soup for lunch. Go me :)

Had a big green salad around 2pm today and will have my stir fry around 6.30 then banana before bed. Total about 480 cals all logged on mfp.

Friday will be next fast day.

I have woken up and had my granola breakfast as planned and made a salad for lunch. But I can't help feeling like this isn't going to work as a weight loss plan. My head keeps saying try something else! It's doing my head in!!

Not sure if I need to look at calories on the non fast days, I did last week but I'm enjoying not doing that this week and i dont think i am going over the top.

Guess I wont know until Saturday, I suspect it's going to be a long week!!

Well week 2 brought me a sts which I was disappointed about, and last week was crazy busy with meals out a lot so I didn't do very well. Didn't wi on Saturday but I have my fasts planned for this week, today and Thursday, and nothing is going to stop me.

I have also bought a beautiful
Tunic dress which is a little small as my first goal to fit into :)

A successful fast day :) about 520 cals in total which is am lost spot on for me as I work it out to be about 580 from the book.

Hungry but not experiencing anything too bad. Think hubby is going to try it with me on Thursday which is exciting :)

Well done on a great day - I think I can have up to 650 but I normally stick to the 500.

That will be great having the hubby doing this with you. Mine would never do it - he doesn't totally agree with me doing it.

Fasting is going well today :)

Not had anything except water and herbal tea. Have a salad planned for 5 PM then a m&s count on us veggie moussaka about 7.30pm followed by a yoghurt. Total 530 cals approx

Starting to feel a little hungry but nothing terrible!
