Exercise and 5:2
I'm going to start tomorrow and it will be a fast day. I've got 3 stone to lose, but would like 2 stone by June.
I've seen a few threads about counting calories while on a feast day but I'm doing quite a bit of training at the moment and wondering whether I should bother counting or not? Training consists of - circuits, military style training and zumba. One each per week. I think I could easily burn 2000 cals in those three, maybe a bit more.
Does anyone else train and do 5:2 also? If so I'd like to hear what you do.
Hiya I do either 5:2 or 4:3 depending on my plans for the week & I do cc my non fast days but I'm not training at the mo as recovering from a back injury although desperate to get back to the gym. I've just started week two so not the most experienced to reply but didn't wanna read & run. Good luck x

Massive 4000 cal fail today. Not feeling too positive to be fair!!
Did you fast yesterday though? No I guess 4000 is a high up day but if you fasted yesterday it's not too bad x
