I'm new to fasting but not new to diets... I've tried everything but I think this might be one I can stick too... I'm doing mon, wed & Friday as 500 calorie days and then eat what I want on the other days. I'm also doing 16/8 as well to boost my weight loss I hope.
My 1st weigh in will be on Saturday morning and I've started a diary on here as well to log what I'm eating each day to help me look back when I feel like giving up.
