Newbie to 5:2 :)
Hiya everyone im kirsty, 24 and I'm new to 5:2 I recently done ww to lose weight for my wedding but I feel like I'm stuck in a rut, putting weight on, losing it and so on and thought this would shake things up a bit, I started on Monday and had my first fast day on Tuesday I thought it went well and had a sneaky weigh in on wed and I had lost 4.5lbs I was over the moon, on my 2nd fast day 2day so here's hoping I can stick to it 2day: my plan of action for 2day is:
Breakfast: cereal bar 95kcals & tea milk and sweetener 20kcals
Lunch: slimfast shake 230kcal
Tea: Special K 30g 114kcal
Snack: Apple 47kcal
I'm finishing on 553kcal isn't great but it's a start!

Good luck, I don't really have any words of wisdom lol im only on my 3rd fast day. Ive been only eating at dinner time and having micro meals at dinner xx
