    Need Inspiration :)

    Hi everyone, I'm on week 8, I've lost about 9lb (with a 2 week holiday in between!) I'm loving this WOE, the change in my shape is fab, even losing weight from stubborn areas that I've never lost on other diets but but this week I've really struggled with fast days! I had a failed fast on Monday coming at 1000 cals and a superb feast day yesterday at 2500 cals!! I'm trying to fast again today. I work shifts so never fast on the same day each week.
    Can anyone give me a few pointers of things that have helped you please? X

    Just not eating on a fast day till dinner! I think if I snacked during the day on small things I would want more.
